LOH_colorWe are wicked excited for the 2018 riding season.  We are putting together some great events to encourage friendship and create memories. We want you to know that we encourage ideas and suggestions from everyone on rides and how we can get more women involved.

Every Thursday, H.O.G.® has a ride that leaves from Staples on North Winnipeg and the third Saturday morning of every month we meet at 9:30 AM at the Industrial Park Cafe located at 101 Hodsman Road for breakfast.   ALL RIDERS, regardless if they are a member of H.O.G.® or L.O.H.® are welcome to join us for rides and breakfast socials.

L.O.H.® is a program sponsored by the Harley Owners Group® to support women motorcycle enthusiasts. L.O.H.® is not a separate group from H.O.G.® but simply an added benefit for female members. Any woman who is a national H.O.G.® member can join.  Once you join L.O.H.® you will receive an L.O.H.® patch and pin. There is no additional charge to join L.O.H.®, you simply check the box on your national application, sign up by calling 1-800-CLUBHOG or visit their web site at www.hog.com.  It doesn’t matter whether you ride your own or are a passenger, you can be a part of L.O.H.®. While the L.O.H.® officer and members of L.O.H.® can organize events that may be more appealing to women, ALL members of the chapter are welcome to participate. That means guys are welcome to come too!

Your L.O.H.® Officer is also very proud to be one of the founders of “Lady Riders of Saskatchewan”.  Lady Riders was founded by the L.O.H.® officers in Regina, Saskatoon, and Yorkton to promote Lady Riders who ride their own bike regardless of the model.  It was formed to provide ladies with a network of friends to ride with, hang out with, and just get some much needed “girl time”.  Please join us on Facebook and follow our weekly “Lady Rider Only” rides and events.

Our Regina L.O.H.® chapter is very proud of our Breast Cancer Screening Program Ride. This is a ride that is held every year in September and it raises money for the Breast Cancer Screening Program. L.O.H.® is happy to help out in our own community, and to help fellow women. We are always looking for volunteers to help us with this worthwhile event so please let me know if you are available.  We cannot cure Breast Cancer but early detection is paramount to the success in treating it!

We look forward to new friendships, having fun and making memories with others that share a common interest in Harley-Davidson® motorcycles and riding. We look forward to meeting you and riding together.
